If you feel a certain way, you will be that way.
So what your peace boils down to is your state of being. This IS something we have control over.
Whenever you notice your self slipping into an unwanted state of mind here are the things you can do:
1. Step outside of your self and bring your self back to center. You do it by accepting the scenario as something outside of yourself.
2. You have options, so decide how you will react to the given circumstance.
3. Become aware of your shift in state of mind and take a moment to calm your emotions and/or feelings.
4. If you have a few minutes, breathe calmly, or (if time permitting) meditate. Do something that soothes your nerves. You can even listen to some soft music.
As you do these things, you are back Feeling At Peace. When you are at peace, your vibrations are running smoothly. When your vibrations are at ease, you attract circumstances that remain you at ease.
