Free Your Mind and Think

Wouldn’t you like to Free Your Mind and Think more positively?

The mind needs to take a break every once in awhile. I’ll admit that I often try to think my way out of everything but the truth is I don’t have all the answers. No one does for that matter so I must learn to accept that.

Patience is learning to accept all that which is, without reacting with hostility towards it.It is not our duty to control the outcome. It is only our duty to love. Whenever you feel the urge to control. Think to yourself what is it that I am trying to control? Why do I feel the need to control this? Will it make me feel more secure by obtaining this control? How long can this control possibly last before it runs out?

React with love in mind.

Keep in mind if you’re having an experience, there is a reason why you’re having it. You have attracted it in someway. I often refer to this spectacular quote by Eckhart Tolle, “Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it.” So accept, take the value, and move on.

We must learn to let go of this urge to control. All it does is control us in the form of the mind’s own obsession. This prevents our soul’s nature from being free. As we attempt to exert our control over others, we push them further away from ourselves. We’re all meant to be free so we mustn’t force our will upon others. What we think is best for ourselves is not always best for others. Everyone’s path needs to be respected.

We have one of the highest aspirations to achieve for the world and the rest of humanity and that is to love, ourselves, everyone, and everything because all is a gift from God.

Free your mind from havoc by seeing the lesson, the compassion, the reason, the purpose, the beauty, and the love behind every matter.
As a quick review,
  1. Develop your patience by not reacting.
  2. Respond with love in every instance.
  3. Let go of any urges to control.
  4. Accept all things as if you chose them.
  5. Free your mind by seeing the value in everything.
Bless you all,

One of the best things that a person could do is live their life with a higher purpose. On my journey I have discovered what my purpose is. That purpose is to help guide people on their path of life. Whether that be advising on finding a person's true calling, how to live with a positive attitude, or living life with a higher purpose. I feel that it is my duty to pass on the knowledge that I have learned and share it with the rest of the world so they too could use it to their benefit and whomever they come into contact with. I share every part of the journey from the path already traveled, to the current path I am on, to the road that lies ahead, I thrive on sharing it with you. We all have areas in our lives that may require some tinkering. Change doesn't happen overnight, but we can either address the problem or ignore it but it will never go away on its own. My intentions of sharing the insight I have to offer, comes from love, which I am honored to do so. Sharing is in our nature, when we are sharing, we feel at peace being our higher authentic self. I look forward to connecting with you! Jason Ratliff CPC
