Coping And Letting Go Of The Past

There are several ways of coping with a problem. Work on it inside and out with healing and realization (which is sometimes necessary in order to remove it from your life), see it as the unchangeable but forgivable past, accept it, and then let it go.

It’s also good to look at where you are putting your focus. Are you dwelling on something that you cannot change? The past is gone, there’s nothing you can do about it but forgive yourself from it, as we are a new person in this present moment. Will the past still linger even when we are being positive? Yeah it might, but will it dominate the mind? We make the choice of what dominates the mind.

Continue along your path of enlightenment, gather all the gems of joy, lights of wisdom, and take them with you. Eventually you will be leaning more towards the positive. The voices of the ego, the past, the demons, doubts, fears, or whatever you like to call them will eventually become a faint noise in the far off distance.

Music to your ears will fill the airwaves into your vibration. You’re doing a great job on your path. Can you imagine if you decided a while back that you were helpless and you stayed there? Where would you be? What would your life look like? Would you be ill? You’re a phenomenal breakthrough more than your ego believes.

You are free, when you forgive yourself.

I believe in you. Let this become your belief as well.

With gratitude and appreciation,

One of the best things that a person could do is live their life with a higher purpose. On my journey I have discovered what my purpose is. That purpose is to help guide people on their path of life. Whether that be advising on finding a person's true calling, how to live with a positive attitude, or living life with a higher purpose. I feel that it is my duty to pass on the knowledge that I have learned and share it with the rest of the world so they too could use it to their benefit and whomever they come into contact with. I share every part of the journey from the path already traveled, to the current path I am on, to the road that lies ahead, I thrive on sharing it with you. We all have areas in our lives that may require some tinkering. Change doesn't happen overnight, but we can either address the problem or ignore it but it will never go away on its own. My intentions of sharing the insight I have to offer, comes from love, which I am honored to do so. Sharing is in our nature, when we are sharing, we feel at peace being our higher authentic self. I look forward to connecting with you! Jason Ratliff CPC

  1. Hello there, I found your site by way of Google whilst searching for a related matter, your web site got here up, it seems to be good. I have bookmarked it in my google bookmarks.
I’m now not certain where you are getting your info, however great topic. I needs to spend some time learning much more or understanding more. Thank you for excellent information I was in search of this info for my mission.

  2. Hi Robyn, we really appreciate your reading of our blog and bookmarking. It’s truly an honor. In regards to my source of information, it’s not really coming from one direct source in particular. These are just some of the things I have read, learned in life, and values I’ve developed over time. If you look on the right side of this page you can view some of the books my brother Jerome and I have read that have helped influence us in a positive manner over the years. We’re all about self-help and giving back the same knowledge we have picked up. To see that you value our intentions is much appreciated. Thank you!

  4. A month ago I would have completely agreed with you, however, I have been having a look at some videos that have been done by australian biologist Jeremy Griffith which I find incredibly interesting about understanding and being honest about our past, and more specifically where the problems originated. He talks about having a biological explanation of the human condition which allows to understand why we humans are the way we are and why we now don’t have to sit on things that are ‘stuck in our craw’ or try just to be positive, forgive ourselves and move on. We can finally understand why we are the way we are. Any way I am finding it interesting and thought you might too.

    1. Whatever can aid one in the grieving process, I am all for it. Having this insight can help one to forgive themselves even more so they could move on. I am glad you have found your outlet. Stay positive my friend and you will continue to find the answers you’re looking for.
