I Am Grateful For…..

What is there to be grateful for in this very moment? What is the gift being presented to you at this time? Is it obvious? Is it love or peace? Is it a lesson to be learned? Is it a new opportunity? You can find something in every moment if you accept it. After you have found it, you are feeling much greater about yourself.

For every cherished moment you experience say thank you. You may only have a few per day that you recognize, but the more you express gratitude for them, the more cherished moments you will see in your future.

I am beginning to believe that the key to a happy life is remembering what you are grateful for each and every day. My brother and I have been doing a gratitude exercise for 3 weeks and it has been working brilliantly! I recognize the moments when I shift to a lower vibration and in that moment I express my gratitude for whatever that moment brings. If I find it difficult to see the gift in it, I find something else to be grateful for like the breath of life, family, friends, or whatever that brings.

After becoming accustomed to this way of thinking you will soon see that everything indeed is a gift and to be grateful for everything that is being presented.

We can choose the vibration of our mood. Yes there are influences that may occasionally sway us in a particular direction but ultimately we decide if it stays with us or not. Now THAT is Free Will!

Try writing down every little thing that you appreciate or makes a positive difference in your life. Let this become a natural way of living to see the good in everything and give thanks.

Next time your day seems so bleak, find something to feel grateful for. You can do it. There is always something there. Continue this trend daily, make it a practice, a ritual, a way of life. Soon you will see how abundant your life is and you will begin to attract more abundance along the way.

Really FEEL the gratitude from what the moment brings.

One of the best things that a person could do is live their life with a higher purpose. On my journey I have discovered what my purpose is. That purpose is to help guide people in their path of life. Whether that be advising on finding their unique calling, how to make the best out of their self, or living life with a higher purpose. I felt that it was my duty to pass on the knowledge that I learned and share it with many others so they could use it to their benefit and of mankind's. Upon my journey I was a nomad, not sure where to go or where to start my journey. I sought out help through self-help books and audio courses. One of the first books I encountered was an audio course by Tony Robbins. It taught me that the power was within me to become successful. In order to succeed I had to start taking action. Being a a nomad just wandering around led me nowhere, but when I started taking small actions towards my goals I got closer and closer to reaching, the what seemed to be unattainable, goals. It was then that I realized that my thoughts were controlling which direction I turned. Most of the time, it was my fear of the unknown that lead me. Whatever I thought was within my reach, I obtained. Whatever I thought was out of my reach, I failed. So I started changing my thought process. Why not make any goal obtainable? This was not an easy task at first as I had to break old thought habits. But just by being aware of these thought patterns, it became much easier to flip the switch at any given moment. With the help from great teachers/authors like Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Joseph Murphy, Rhonda Byrne, and Wayne Dyer, I am becoming closer to mastering the art of my mind. I am learning how to go with the flow, live by attraction, take actions, and conquering negative thoughts. We can demonstrate these strategies for you so you can flip the switch to your success I look forward to connecting with you! Jason Ratliff
