The mind needs to take a break every once in awhile. I’ll admit that I often try to think my way out of everything but the truth is I don’t have all the answers. No one does for that matter so I must learn to accept that.

If I stare at my computer long enough I can become depressed. Why? Because it’s this sitting in one place waiting for something to excite me. So instead of becoming depressed over nothing, let me make my own excitement and do something active.
