Why You Should Stop Procrastinating

Ever thought about something longer than necessary that you find yourself simply procrastinating?

How to stop negative thinking

If I stare at my computer long enough I can become depressed. Why? Because it’s this sitting in one place waiting for something to excite me. So instead of becoming depressed over nothing, let me make my own excitement and do something active.

Why You Should Stop Procrastinating!

My body is like a machine that is meant to work, not to be dependent on outside factors or other people to provide me with love, peace, or happiness. It is my job to live my life, not waiting around for something to light a fire under my ass to get me moving. With all this taking action from my own will, I have no time to become depressed. My mind is completely occupied on the positive. It doesn’t even have a moment to ponder of a false lack of whatever it is. I am being productive and I’m making progress with my goals.

A moment of peace for self is different. It’s great to start a morning, middle of day, or end of day to reflect, evaluate, and make appropriate alterations, but to ponder for the sake of seeking something that is already abundant within you is a complete waste of valuable time.

All the love you seek is already within you. You recognize it by seeing the good in all that you do. Are you worthy of love? Who is to decide? Try looking in the mirror. If you don’t see a person worthy of it, then maybe you’re not fulfilling your purpose.

How do you find your purpose? It’s usually something that has stayed consistent with you for your entire life. There is ONE thing that you’ve always wanted for yourself. What is it that you wanted and/or still want the most? What you’ve always wanted is most likely a gift that you have yearned to share. Give to others this gift and you’ll be filled with so much love you’ll be overflowing.

Love, peace, and happiness is all here waiting for you to embrace within you.
