So I know what not to do, but what am I supposed to do if I just don’t have the money?
Be grateful for what you do have in your life. Food, shelter, family, friends, and love even. Really feel the gratitude for these things. They are real and they are yours. You can feel abundance with these things alone.
Having an attitude of gratitude places you in a positive state of mind. Having a positive state of mind attracts positive results and boosts confidence in the process.
So the next time you start feeling a lack of money and are experiencing financial hard times, shift your focus onto the already present abundance in your life.
The only true way to eliminate a bad habit is to replace it with a good habit. In this case it is replacing the bad habit of financial worry to a new habit of feeling gratitude for the abundance in your present life.
So what will all this do for my financial status, you may ask?
It will put you back on track to an authentic way of thinking that helps erase fear from your state of mind.
One will have to heighten their awareness to monitor any pattern of negative thought. It may take some work and determination but it will be well worth it.
Negative thoughts of lack can be quite stubborn in pointing out what is missing from your life which is why I stress awareness. You may have to step back whenever a shift of lack attempts to rule the mind.
Believe in yourself. You are meant to live a life of abundance. It is your God given born right.
